Vendor Checklist
A vendor list only works if you act on it. This checklist covers the whole vendor journey — setting budgets, shortlisting, booking the big three, collecting quotes, reviewing contracts, and locking every confirmation before the day — ordered by how far out each task should happen.
0 of 18 tasks done
The tasks fall into four phases. Twelve months out you set budgets, shortlist, and book the big three — the venue, photographer, and caterer. Six months out you book the remaining vendors, collect quotes, and schedule tastings and trials. In the final months you review contracts and lock details. In the last month you confirm arrivals, schedule final payments, and share the day-of list.
The category view groups the same tasks by the work itself — selecting, quoting and contracting, booking and deposits, catering and trials, and final confirmations — so you can focus on one area at a time.
